Established in 1982 by Vincent Fong, the third brother of the family, Fong's Engineering has grown from a small family business of just four employees to a significant player in the precision engineering industry in Singapore with more than 150 employees in just three decades.

The company achieved gross profits of as much as S$10 million in the year 2015 and has a promising growth rate of 20 per cent based on its recent performance. Vincent Fong's passion has garnered the support of his siblings and Fong's Engineering is now jointly managed by the six siblings.
