1. OMEGA

Speedmaster Moonwatch 321 Stainless Steel.

Watch fans on a budget usually have to wait years for a watchmaker to roll out a cheaper version of its hot-selling premium models. But Omega took barely six months after unveiling its Speedmaster Moonwatch 321 in platinum last July, to come up with a stainless steel version. The watch has a soul from its past - it's powered by Calibre 321, the beautiful hand-winding movement that kept the Omega Speedmaster ST 105.012 ticking in 1965 as the first watch worn on the moon. At S$82,500, the platinum model is priced way beyond the reach of many watch fans. The steel version is priced at a relative steal at S$19,500, albeit still far pricier than other Speedmasters in steel.
