HYFLUX on Monday confirmed that it has received the letter sent by the Securities Investors Association Singapore containing over 30 queries ranging from its chief executive's "large remuneration" to the accountability of its board, and is currently preparing responses to be published on its corporate website "as soon as possible".
Separately in an exchange filing, the group said it has extended the deadline for its creditors to file proofs of claim from 5pm on Feb 15 to 5pm on March 1.
