The bar at Ann Siang Hill introduces seasonal cocktails inspired by Chinese New Year goodies. Huat Ah! is a Campari-based, low alcohol-level tipple that captures the sweetness of mandarin oranges. The Prosperity Flip, made with Bacardi Carta Blanca, pays homage to pineapple tarts, while Bulleit Bourbon is infused with Kim Joo Guan Bak Kwa and is perfectly balanced by a blend of sweet vermouth and Shaoxing wine to create the Chinatown cocktail.
