Fab Four return on mono vinyl format
A GOOD thing never gets old and fans of The Beatles can prepare to hear the Fab Four exactly like the way they first heard the group in the 60s, when a new collection is released in September.
Targeted at audiophiles and Beatles purists, the set will feature the band's nine UK albums (except Let It Be and Abbey Road, which were only mixed in stereo), the American-compiled Magical Mystery Tour, and the Mono Masters collection of non-album tracks in full mono glory on 180-gramme vinyl LPs, complete with faithfully replicated artwork.
Freshly mastered from the original analogue tapes, each album will be available individually or as a lavish, limited edition 14-LP box set which comes with a 108-page hardbound book.
