IPS Securex making Catalist debut

THE trading of shares of IPS Securex Holdings Limited, a provider of security products and integrated security solutions, starts on Monday after all its placement units were subscribed.
IPS Securex launched its initial public offering (IPO) with a placement of 12 million new shares at $0.35 each, in conjunction with its proposed listing on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange.
