Olam selling up to 14.99% of NZ firm

OLAM International is selling up to 14.99 per cent of its 24.99 per cent stake in New Zealand's Open Country Dairy Limited (OCD).
The sale to Talley's Group Limited will be for up to NZ$46.5 million (S$48.1 million).
Olam is the second largest shareholder of OCD with a 24.99 per cent stake after Talley's 55.54 per cent holding.
