Gender hardly an issue, even in the tech world
SUNITA Kaur, Spotify's managing director for Asia, is one who hardly regards gender as an issue, despite being in the male-dominated tech industry for most of her career.
The 44-year-old Singaporean, who in 2013 joined the Stockholm-founded music streaming company, was formerly advertising director for Asia at Facebook, after stints at Microsoft, Forbes.com, Time Inc Asia and Singapore Press Holdings (SPH).
She tells The Business Times: "I am a firm believer that we shape our own experiences.
