PLAYING carrom, surfing social media and doing housework are what Selvam Sakthivel and Billal Khan have been busy with daily since the circuit breaker began in April.
Mr Sakthivel is from India, and Mr Billal from Bangladesh. They are both migrant workers in the construction industry, and have been in Singapore for six and 10 years respectively.
