High Tea
St. Regis' first Chinese Connoisseur, Wan Bao Bao, has designed a limited edition fine jewellery piece for the luxury hotel group. It was unveiled earlier this month at the new St Regis Shanghai Jing'an with a special Midnight Supper to commemorate the launch.
The 18k rose teapot-shaped pendant with seven inlaid gemstones on its handle is inspired by the hotel matriarch Caroline Astor's famous afternoon tea rituals; as well as Oriental tea culture.
Prior to this exquisite piece, Wan designed a bespoke handcrafted pin for St Regis butlers in the Greater China region, in recognition of their devotion to delivering tip top service to every guest.
