The Peak's fifth iteration of the G Top 100 Wines is selected from almost 300 wines from 12 countries
Wine lovers, take note, your homework has been done so if you are still deciding which bottle to open this weekend, just reach out for the latest copy of The Peak Selections: Gourmet and Travel. In it, you will find a definitive list of the best 100 wines, curated from almost 300 wine entries from 12 countries, submitted by 31 wine importer-distributors here. Also included are tasting notes for each wine.
The magazine also presented its 2014 G Top 100 Wines at an awards ceremony held at The White Rabbit restaurant in Harding Road on Wednesday with close to 250 guests. This is the fifth year The Peak Selections: Gourmet and Travel has put out the list.
The wines were selected after several blind-tasting sessions by a judging panel comprising 13 of Singapore's most renowned wine specialists such as oenologist, author and wine educator Edwin Soon, veteran wine connoisseur Tan Kah Hin, Daniel Chia, an established authority and commentator on wine, as well as The Business Times digital editor Christopher Andrew Lim.
