Eco Shop
Waste-conscious shoppers get to buy their groceries guilt-free at The Source Bulk Foods - Australia's largest, sustainable bulk food store that's opening its first branch in Singapore at Cluny Court. The store was founded in 2012 by Paul Medeiros and Emma Smith, who swapped their corporate jobs in Sydney for a slower life in Byron Bay. They've since built their store on a zero-waste policy, encouraging people to buy only what they need, bringing their own reusable containers or buying them from the store. Pick from some 350 pantry staples including granola, dried or freeze dried fruit snacks, nuts and grains and more. They're all packed in bins for you to scoop out what you need. There's even kombucha on tap and household products such as coconut soap, lunch boxes and coffee cups.
