Thin crust pizza from the erstwhile Peperoni in Binjai Park becomes thicker and chewier, served under the new name of LINO, after a complete overhaul of the space run by the Les Amis group. Executive Chef Shaufi Yusof's specialities are hand-made pasta and 48-hour proofed pizza that's baked in a wood-burning oven. There's even a range of vegetarian and gluten-free options, along with wholemeal pizza dough upon request. Chef Yusof honed his craft at Mozza where he worked for three years before moving to Publico, so if you're a fan of puffy-edged dough, here's a chance to test his skills.
