Dining With The Stars
Resorts World Sentosa ramps up the star power in the second edition of its mega food fair, The Great Food Festival, adding seven international celebrity chefs to its line-up of veterans at the three-day event from Sept 27 to 30.
They include Bangkok's Dylan Jones of Bo.lan restaurant, who helms the first-ever 6-hands collaboration in Tastes of Siam - one of two concept kitchens at the Star Chef Arena. Meanwhile, Oliver Piras and Francesco Brutto - two young hot talents from the Michelin-starred Aga Restaurant and Undicesimo Vinera respectively - will star in the other concept kitchen titled Festa Italiana. If you like hot chefs, check out social media star Matt Adlard (aka Topless Baker) who will conduct baking masterclasses. The festival also features the Magnum Ocean Fantasy pop-up store, a Whisky Tavern and Asia's first Tanqueray Citrus Terrace. Finally, 'The Cellar' zone also offers curated wines and masterclasses conducted by wine critic Jeannie Cho Lee.
