Toast to Charity
If negroni is your poison, then have a drink and do some good during Negroni Week at Italian craft cocktail bar, Marcello. Until June 10, Marcello is serving the bespoke Limonegroni, which is a refreshing mix of Campari, Mancino Bianco, Fords Gin and Homemade Limoncello. Crafted by head bartender Palmira Bertuca, the Limonegroni is priced at S$18, with S$2 for every Negroni sold to be donated to Food from the Heart. Besides Limonegroni, Negroni-inspired treats such as homemade Campari gelato and Campari jelly are on offer. Negroni Week was launched in 2013 as a way to raise money for charities around the world. Participating bars and restaurants are encouraged to take innovative twists on the classic Negroni cocktail, with a portion of profits being donated to a charity of their choice.
Marcello is at level 1, InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay.
