Twists on tradition
Mitzo's menu of Asian Inspirations features creative cocktails, some of which use ingredients from traditional Chinese medicine
GET into the Lunar New Year spirit with the Chinese-inflected tipples at Mitzo Restaurant & Bar at Grand Park Orchard. The kitchen's contemporary take on Cantonese cuisine is complemented by creative cocktails, some of which feature ingredients from traditional Chinese medicine.
Tucked away deep within the restaurant, the bar area is made for lounging. Jellyfish drift languidly within an illuminated tank behind the glittering six-seater bar, with tables for larger groups set beside plush cushioned seats.
One might be forgiven for having some scepticism about the health benefits of Chinese herbs when used in cocktails, but their distinctive contributions are undeniable.
