What's Up This Week
Guinness and Grills
Foodies who love meat and beer will have plenty to dig into at the annual Guinness Great Grill Out. Like many other events this year, it is taking on a hybrid format.
A new feature this time is the Grill In experience, where chefs will conduct grilling lessons via online tutorials. For example, chef Shen Tan of Ownselfmakechef will share some Guinness-inspired recipes that anyone can do at home. Other online lessons include how to style food for that Instagram shot and picking out the right cuts of meat for grilling.
